Why Open Source?

If Security, Stability, Freedom and Cost are important to you, then at the very least, you should be looking into the non-Commercial (free Open Source) alternatives.  

Furthermore, if you value competition and innovation, then it's in your best interest to support Open Source.

Fact:	The Internet relies heavily on Open Source Software (BIND, Sendmail, Apache & OpenSSH).

If you haven't integrated Open Source into your IT infrastructure by now, then you are probably paying way too much in IT infrastructure costs.
